I'm sabotaging my reboot!

    It just occurred to me that I'm sabotaging my 7 day streak. I have been dealing with a lot of feelings of loneliness and I have joined some Facebook dating groups. For the average person this would not be trigger, but for me its setting off quite a few urges and I find myself white-knuckling it. I know what steps I need to take to prevent a relapse but I dont like this lonely feeling and I desperately want to feel a connection with a woman. Anyway as stated before I know what I must do, but is not easy. Thanks for reading!

    Also posting comments always help me when I'm not doing well.

    Hang in there. I think feelings of being lonely are a major contributor of PMO. At the same time, it is a repeating cycle. You fap to avoid the lonely feelings. It works for that period of time. Then, you feel a pronounced on-going feeling of loneliness. If you don't get control of PMO, the connection you are able to make with a woman won't last or be what you would want, because you will derail that too. Trust me, I know.

    Oh man my feelings are all over the place! Just accept them and try to do positive things, even if it's just positive documentaries or something.
