    ...That is what I used to tell myself before the sudden realisation that at any point in the day I will find myself masturbating.
    Hey I'm Alex, and I am addicted to porn and masturbation.
    I feel bad for my girlfriend because, if you watch porn then you are basically (in a way) cheating on your girlfriend, but I also feel bad for my mental health... I can't exactly pin point how it is affecting me, but I have this big feeling that if i manage to stop all of this I will just start feeling better.
