I'm Light. This is my story. [ Introduction ]

I was only 9 years old when my addiction first began. I am 19 years old now.

Meaning, that I have been addicted to watching pornography for the majority of my life.

10 years total.

My goal for this year is to begin my 20th clean and sober. I do not want to carry this weight with me into the next decade, or the rest of my life, for that matter. This addiction has been weighing down on me for as long as I can remember, and my tastes have even evolved from being average, vanilla content, to extremely problematic and taboo.

I don't want to carry this weight any longer.

I won't go into too much detail since this is merely an introduction, but I will say this;

As of today, I declare myself an ex-user.
