Don't fret about it, bud. No great achievement was done on the first attempt. Think about how long it took us to get a man to the moon. Let alone get a rocket into space. There's a lot to gain from making mistakes. Don't be afraid to make them, and do your best to learn from them!

 

Keep going. you can do it even whent life get in the way but you can do it. Fight one urge at a time. Avoid allot of time alone or talking with those that may trigger a need. It's hard I know but you can. others are with you. I get low to especially after a failure. We have to break the habits we have used to get thru stress.
