    There have been so many, "last times" and "I really mean its" that I'm afraid this is just another one of those. Sure, right now I'm determined. But for how long? All I know is that I can't go on the way I'm going. Something has to change. So, I am here and hopeful!

    Ottis. Hi man I get wht ur saying. Right now I have started nofap after trying lots of time b4.
    If u will relapse or not no 1 except u can decide tht.
    I think wht helps me is, why u want 2 stop now. Not jus u think its a bad habbit or u know tthis will lead 2 problems. Find out y u want 2 stop. Them u will.
