Hey guys. I'm a 24 year old Canadian kid ready to quit pmo for good. Last year I managed 5 months of no pmo but eventually fell back into it. I've been pmo-ing about once a week ever since. I used to be like 3 times a day so I'm not really a hard case any more but I keep telling myself "just one last time" and of course it's never really the last time. I just relapsed today after a 12 day streak and this cannot stand. Time to take some responsibility for my actions. I joined this forum to document my progress. I think having to account for my actions on this site could be the final kick in the ass I need to quit for good. Happy non fapping boys!

Welcome. One way to help get out of it could be to explore more about what is taking place mentally, emotionally, physically just before you "slip", and when you make the decision to drop responsibility and PMO.
