    Day 60 and my senses feel a whole lot more focused. Its like going through puberty again but without all the pimples and pizza face. lol

    Yeah. No brain fog, the excitement for the small things in life. When you're in the darkness brought on by beating off, it covers your whole life like a dark veil, literally on everything. You are just numb and just struggling to get by day after day til you go to bed at night, only to start the cycle again the next day. Nofap is a fight, and it isn't easy. There's a method and a mindset to this too. If the mindset and method are not united, you fail.
