I'm glad I found this site

Newbie here,

I'm 58, I think I have become addicted to P & M over the past ten years but the last year I think its really causing major problems. My marriage ended over three years ago but it was dead years before that. Now in the few new relationships I've had I've suffered from ED and now MOD which after reading the content I now put down to watching too mach porn and excessive fapping.

I am so worried that I will never be able to have a normal relationship again.

I'm on day eight of no PMO, but will be happy if I can get to 90 days of no P and no M. This is the first night where I have really found it hard to not just google for some porn, and it feels very weird. I know that this is probably my body railing against not having a fix, but I am so desperate to kick this habit (addiction sounds so serious) that I will try and keep going.

Feels scary writing this on this forum for everyone to read, but I guess we are all here united by a common purpose, so I'm hoping to get some help and support.

Thanks King of Silence, day 10 and still being resolute to fix this damm thing.

Also decided to go and get some professional help as well. This problem and the failed relationships I've had the past few years have raised a number of questions in my head I can't answer. I've done this twice before and found it helpful.
