Recently through noFap, I found an accountability partner who I'm working with. I love it!It's very easy to let yourself down, because we're all to some extent used to that feeling: Self-disappointment, then we get over it and fall right back into our addictive cycles. But, with an accountability partner, I'm not doing this alone. I'm actively walking with someone, trying not to let them down either because not only do I believe in me, he also believes in me.
