I had one hell of a streak but completely lost it its unbelievable how much ive lost so far i cant seem to quit and its a weekly thing please help

Porn you made me an addict so much that it felt like it was a hardcore drug you made me lose feelings to my senses and made me lose happiness i no longer enjoyed anything little like i used to your triggers wpild sneak into my movies my yotube videos my browsing and im videogames. Vr and Ar games made my look for you even more.
