Hello, I am ALL IN! I am so glad I have found NOFap. It was recommended to me by my wife, who has asked me to leave our home until she can trust me again. Hi Mick7! Good luck in your reboot and getting back on track with your wife. These feelings that we, the wives/partners are left with each time get deeper, so hopefully you can show her you are up for this fight. The more you talk about it with her - if possible - the better.
