bro seems like me.I also try to stop masturbation but failed every step.think if you fell in love and focus on only one girl that you really need to be your life partner you can stop masturbate and spend quality time with her ,there is a lot more in life than SEX AND PORN masterbation.

 

19 too. Day 80 came from failing, evaluation of what led to the failure (boredom, loneliness, etc) learning from and ultimately acting on what I learned. On a different note, it's worth considering why you want a girl. No one person will pull you out of your problems if you don't take action for self Improvement (I'm not saying that you aren't taking action, but if that is your main goal of NoFap I don't really know how well it'll work out because NoFap doesn't solve every problem unless NoFap is your only problem).

You have to first learn to love yourself and be willing to forgive yourself should you relapse but not allow it to lead you to a binge
