I'll need help with new routines

    Now I got a soild morning routine which prevents me falling into despair but I don't got a plan on how to carry on during afternoon and evenings, especially during weekends. I study at my local library, hitting gym (though because of studies I'v been slacking off), reading books, taking a walk etc. etc. but sometimes I feel it isn't enough. Can you guys please share your some of activites you do in your daily life and what makes you motivated to do so? I believe that if I get some insights from you guys, I'll find ways to finally beat my addicition. Thank you in advance.
