    Hey,
    today I watched a movie. It's dealing with PMO-addiction.
Now, I'm not really addicted to porn and don't feel like it's a big issue in my life. But...
The movie I watched is called "Don Jon".

When I found this site I was already trying not to masturbate for longer periods of time because I felt like it was bad. I discovered that I am addicted to PMO in a way. Even though I'm telling myself I'm not, I keep coming back to it. When I found this site I tryed to do the 90 day challenge. I made some research about the pros and cons of masturbation. I found many articles pretending that masturbation is healthy. With this in mind I cancelled the challenge after 20 days, felt better for 20 minutes and then felt bad again.

Now, after two weeks of irregular M-activities I watched this movie. It brought me back to NoFap. It made me think about all this healthy-sexualty-talk again and the discussion whether you should fap or not.

I came to the conclusion that it negatively affects your life. It may be true or not that masturbation is the cause of anxiety. But anyway I think that an addiction is bad. You tell yourself that you could stop if you wanted to. But after telling that to yourself over and over again you feel dead inside because you know it's not true.

Watch this movie. It may contain some triggers so be careful. As for me I can say that it inspired me. I will try the 90 day challenge again. I will try to meet people. Maybe I will even be able to find such an amazing person as the protagonist of the movie found one and be happy.

As for now, I'm out. Have a nice day. The best way to stop is not to think about it too much and find other things in life. Avoid triggers. Cheers.
