    Just a thought for anyone feeling down on themselves because of their porn addiction.

    Trying to beat your addiction is making a man of you.

    You might not always feel like it, but you're becoming more courageous, more determined, more honest, more self-aware, you've got more integrity, more honour, more grace than you had before. And more besides.

    Quitting porn is tough, but it won't kill you, and so it will make you stronger.

    Take a look at yourself when you're feeling down about quitting and realise that you're a better person for trying.

    I feel better, too -- thanks! I keep thinking that I'm clearing a path for something good to walk into my life. Before, the good stuff in life couldn't find a way in.
