If i don't have ANY trigger, Will I experience urges?

    GUys, if I don't have any thoughts,don't see any image,video or something that trigger, Will I still experience urges?
    I mean,the urges only comes if there is a trigger or the urge can comes from ''nothing''?

    The urge will come when you've gone long enough without committing to the addiction. It can come from basically nothing. Your own thoughts, after you wake up, just being alone etc.
