During my 9 month streak I did indeed date, but I abstained from sex even if she whipped out something spectacular. after 90 days of nofap, it gets really easy to not be horny.
However, I do have a friend who is not as determined as I am, and now that he has a Girl, he requires himself to jack every day, but that's also because I am religous and he is not. So either learn to control yourself while in a relationship, or just completely abstain. Tell your other that you are abstaining and if its okay with them then fine. I do not really know why yall still jack in a relationship because you have a, you know, S/O
