Hello everyone just found out about this website...mostly from trying to figure out how to stop my addiction of porn and masturbation...it has just gotten to a point where i just can`t take it anymore it`s controlling my life i can`t seem to find a decent girlfriend because im constantly obsessed with porn...i can`t focus,lack of energy,low mood and pretty much no productivity...i want to bury this habit into to ground im going one year without no porn and masturbation i will get there since i am stubborn which i think it was what brought me here )....anyway since my goal is of one year ... ) i`ll probably be surfing the forum pretty often pleased to meet you and good luck to all with the goal. (or 2 years depends on how badly my head is screwed up.)
