Hello everyone, just dropping by to say that everything is fine. I'm going strong on NOFAP, very focused... My life continues, with its usual ups and downs always present;

One thing that brought me back here... I always said in my posts, you can read the old ones, that I treated women as objects.. and for a few days now, maybe 30 days (I'm not sure), I've changed, nowadays I can feel attraction towards women in a more affectionate way.

What would this be? I'll try to explain. I can talk to a woman without having the intention of having sex with her, meaning I can spend a whole date without touching her, without talking about trivial things (nonsense), just letting it flow... this is a big change that I could feel.

If you're Atheist, talk to someone you trust... but know that if you start to let go of this vice, your life will change from water to wine!

If I could communicate with the "me" from, I don't know, 5 years ago, I would say in few words: "Masturbation will fuck your life, stop it immediately." Sometimes I forget that I used to be addicted to masturbation... honestly, I don't miss it anymore. And today, I reiterate that I've never felt more like a man in my life... I feel pure, true to myself... because I know how to control my impulses now... I know what I want for myself... Procrastination, I've forgotten what it is.
Well, something that is affecting me a little now and maybe I need to work on more is financial. Yes, money in the bank! Hahaha. I need to improve my work and with that earn more money... since I'm detoxed, I know I can go further and seek more resources to have a more stable life. Today, PMO is no longer a problem, thank God.

It's not easy, I arrived at this point today, and I decided to come here... Man, it's surreal. You know that online game where you play honestly, manage to be the best player or achieve the highest rank in the game? So, you know it's not easy... like, killing 40 bots in a CS:GO or Valorant match (I gave examples of games), but anyway, man, the difficulty is the same, you have to give your all to succeed, it's not easy, every day is a struggle.

Unfortunately, I still don't have a girlfriend, so it becomes even harder because I can only fulfill my desires by sleeping with a girl, and even getting her to sleep with me takes days, depending on the girl.

And then there's the gym. Anyway, I just want to say that it's not easy.

But what about the reward? Man, stronger erections, clearer thinking, zero procrastination, always high libido, higher self-esteem, you feel more attractive, among other things.

But let's keep pushing forward.
