I will overcome this menace

I feel hurt and happy too cause today makes my 56days of not fappin but ended it today that my annoyance but is just I relapse wish caused I stopped being active on nofap bcoz I felt I was completely healed but it nice something of this nature came up and I promise to let go this evil for good deactivated some dirty groups on social media that causes triggers I'm identifying new ideas to help me grow and build confidence to the full.God help me achieve this cause either can't do it alone but I will must achieve success I'm promising God with my life
