I want to win this Battle

I have just subscribed here and I guess that this place will help me out a lot. I am 20 years old now and I masturbated a lot during these years because it that little moment it would have given me a great feeling but now I have just realized that masturbating to porn literally gives me no energy to live my life. I can't study well at university because my mind goes blank and I can't see very well (it is not a technical problem, I see very well), I can't have a clear mind to make decisions and It doesn't allow me to do what I wuold like to do like approaching girls better or simply just walking the dog or boxing.
