I want to relapse

It's not discouraging to let someone know they have a choice.

If someone is on the verge of acting out an addiction, then very often they feel like they're stuck in a corner, almost forced into relapse ... sometimes, getting in touch with the freedom to choose can help you realise why you quit in the first place. You can step back and think "hey yes, I do have a choice, and today I'll choose not to".

There's no point in beating yourself up for being human - masturbation in itself is not unhealthy, but addictively wanking your life away to fantasy is ... however, if you made that choice to stop then it was clearly a very necessary choice to make at that time. Feeling forced to stop is a sure-fire way to rebel, but knowing you're in control can actually be quite empowering.

I don't feel threatened by the comments of others, they're only opinions - I do this for me because I know it's what's best for me.

 

your mind will think of a thousands different reason why you should you relapse, but none of them are good. It's simply your mind trying to return to the state that it is used to.

There is no good reason to restart pmo if you want to quit.
