Right now i am in college. Things are not going really well. One my first day i didn't talk to anyone and that is how my classmates see me till now. I really have given up on things like friendship and stuff. All this bottled up inside me and my porn addiction has become very serious.
To keep myself busy i tried to work on my body but i am not able to keep pushing myself because of my lack in knowledge.
Q1: I want to know a bunch of workouts that i can do at home just with a bunch of dumbbells and resistance bands as i can't afford to go to gym.
Q2: What am I supposed to eat in order to achieve my goals. I am not exactly skinny by the way.
I will really appreciate if someone takes some time to answer my doubts.

please understand that pro bodybuilders (the ones in show) dont look like that 24\7 but have used diuretics (are de-hydrated) for the show. Well, your probably DO know this so..
You should get the old dumbell books , by Sandow, early catch wrestlers etc. the PDFs are easily avaible on google! the key word is "light dumbbell system" ...its about contraction of muscles -done by you- rather than the weight's

  3. If you already have resistance bands, I would suggest checking out bodylastics.com. They use resistance bands only and offer a paid and free membership option. With the free membership option, you'll have access to their hundreds if not thousands of free workouts. They offer strength training, cardio, yoga and just about anything you can think of. It would be a great way to start and learn how to use the bands in the correct way.

I have chest stretcher like this pic... I use it but dont know how to use it properly and make the most of it
do you think I can replicate the resistance bands exercises, but using my chest stretcher?

  5. No because in their workouts you'll be doing exercises with the resistance bands that you can not do with that. Here is a link on YouTube to one of their workouts. It'll give you an idea of what they do, how to use the resistance bands, and if it will interest you.
