Same here man! But you know it sucks big time at the moment, but we really got to learn to flee from pmo temptations, right now when you're frustrated it can do two things: 1 it brings you back to pmo because you might think like we'll I could as well watch some more since I relapsed just now...OR it makes you more motivated to get out of this addiction. Let option 2 be our goal!

You know I was doing pretty good for almost 14 days but than suddenly I was watching stuff on YouTube and I knew that It was better to turn it off but I didn't and that lead me to pmo.. What I can say is don't try to fight this addiction but flee whenever these temptations hits you.

I'm sorry you relapsed, know how it feels but let's stand up again and I know we will get over this someday! All the best!

I see you're new here. I'd suggest reading several threads and educating yourself about PMO. There are some really good sites like Yourbrainonporn.org and the nofap emergency tool.
Also, be prepared to relapse, several, tens, no hundreds of times. This is reality, it happens, the important thing is getting back up from a momentary defeat and accomplishing a permanent win!
