Not to sure how to go about this. I've watch P for some time now. Probably 16 or 17 years. I don't have sex with my wife any more and have only been married a year. I watch p and masterbate 2 to 3 times a day. My wife feels that she is not attractive any more and that it is her fault. I still find her attractive but our sex life will never be like the p im into.. we have been together 10 years now and married for 1. We are both 27 now and do everything together. Just dont have sex. I have a gym at home and have recently purchased a road bike. Im desperate to beat this as my wife has always lacked in confidence anyway and she deserves more from me. Even when we have sex i loose my erection half way through. Please help!

Hey Craig, I know how you feel. I started into masturbation/porn at around 17 years of age. So it has been going on about 21 years now. I have started losing my erections during sex as well, and that is what has brought me here. The main reason for not wanting sex with your wife is because of the masturbation 2-3 times a day. You have already taken care of the sexual need, and don't want anymore. As you re-wire your mind, as I call it, you will start to see tons of benefits. I have been "clean" for about 3 days now, and notice a difference in voice tone, energy level, stronger and random erections, clearer view about women, etc. You will start to love and see you wife different in a positive way.

Real sex is also encouraged because this will help to re-wire your mind that you can still have pleasure without the porn. It is clear that you wife is wanting sex, so why not? Porn is not going to ever take the place of real sex.
