I wanna be better,say good bye to my past terrible life

I am 30 years now.I watch porn about fifteen yeas,I stay away from my parents ,my friends,but I m afraid of alone,I don't know how to handle my life ,I tried nofab so many times,I could feel better when nofab,unfortunately I didn't keep it .now I make up my mind to nofab and join this community ,I can do it!(by the way ,I haven't watched it about a week)
