so for the past 2 years (almost) I've been trying to stop masturbating continuously and I tried everything to do it by myself, but nothing ever seems to work... These past two weeks have been hell for me. I continuously looked at porn and jacked off more than 3 times per day. So for the people reading this: how the hell did I go 2 weeks nonstop jacking off? Well its who I am. I cant learn from my mistakes no matter how I put positive thoughts to myself to continue my fight from this addiction and every 2 weeks I go back to watch porn and waste my energy in it and time. So I made up my mind to not continue this Journey alone and I'll come here instead to feel motivated and learn from all of you people. I know that I can do this and reach a year without PMO so I haven't given up yet on this quest for success. My body feels like it hates me and wants me to stop doing much harm to myself. Guys, I'm coming back to NOFAP and Ill need all the help I can get to achieve my goal.

I started PMO 2 years ago.
I've told myself that I'm recovering since then but that wasn't really true because I didn't try hard to stop this habit. I was PMOing about every day. However, a friend of mine told me a week ago not to PMO because we had a soccer match on Thursday. So I joined NoFap and started reading posts and articles. I used the time when I would regularly watch porn in reading articles about the bad effects of porn.
I was about to relapse on day 1 but I headed to he emergency button and that helped me.

For conclusion, don't estimate succeeding by just telling yourself that you're rebooting because it requires effort. Read as many articles as you can about porn effects and try not to stay alone for much time.
    Remove triggers.
If you feel like relapsing, head to the emergency button.
Finally, if you relapsed, stay positive and don't feel ashamed because it won't help you. Encourage yourself to start again immediately after.
