I'm a 21-year-old boy who only watched porn for 4 years
few days earlier while I was watching porn I started to feel that my erection wasn't hard enough and now I don't feel any sexual desires and I don't want to watch porn like in the earlier days

and I'm quit healthy I have built muscle from working out for about three years I don't think I have testosterone problems either.
plz someone help me with this
