I still couldn't wrap my mind around... Feel like going crazy...

I was scrolling on Facebook then bumped into one video, i saw people reacts laugh... I have no idea, it's just a video the guy squeezing the minion from despicable me, while he was oddly sort of gesture I'm not sure... Turned out he imitating to fuck the minion then squeeze it to make noises... It probably the most ridiculous thing u ever read I'm sorry... I thought it was funny, i kept rewatching then my anxiety brain told me, it is a sexual stimulation, count it as a relapse?... Now my anxiety still killing me, it happened couple days ago... I posted this but no response... Tomorrow is my work day, i couldn't even handle my anxiety, i feel like going crazy....
