My friend had a picture of a girl completely naked touching her vagaina. I saw it but didn't know what he was going to show me..it was for a few seconds and now I feel a bit disappointed. Disrepectful to women and a bit disgusted I'm also mad because I don't know if It's considered a relapse or not..so tell me what u guys think it would be greatly appreciated...

I would not consider it a relapse. Your friend surprised you with it, you didn't go seeking it out. Your disappointment and anger is just a reaffirmation of why you are on this journey! I'd consider being cautious around this friend from now on as well. 40 days is a great accomplishment!

40 Days is stellar. However, you can only control your own actions. That being said, I don't think that when you stumble across bad images or videos that it should be considered as a relapse, provided you divert away. If you choose to watch them, stare at them, objectify them, then maybe at least by my opinion it might be a relapse, but that is a decision you need to make.

I don't see the big deal tbh. U looked at the picture for a few seconds, o well. Id say it's more important that you can just put it behind you and get on with your day. If you think it may be a relapse or might it doesn't matter. Your still in exactly the same situation either so say it's not be positive and learn from experience.

Yeah, I wouldn't consider it a relapse. I personally define porn viewing as intentionally viewing porn. If you accidentally see it and then stop looking immediately, it's not really a relapse.
