I Relapsed.... And I again feel. Like garbage

    I'm so sad man.. I know I have to get back on the horse. But man I feel like garbage. What can I do to stop this crap forever.. This is unfair.. I don't want this for me.. Why is my brain so stupid.. I'm tired of my self.. I'm the wors friend I can have.. Is like I'm going through life with a piece of garbage as brain. Sorry guys.... I'm in a horrible place now. I literally need a hug and just cried and sleep for a year. I did 14 days only

    I know how you guys feel. I’m on day 15 and I was so close to relapsing. I still am so tempted. It’s so hard. Just look at it this way. I used to do it every day pretty much for about 20 years. Sometimes more than once. I have been doing streaks of 14 days or so then I fail and start over. That’s MUCH better than doing it daily. Your still learning. Resets will happen. Just try to minimmize the damage, don’t binge and start over. I’m hoping it will get easier. It is the hardest thing I’ve ever done. When I almost relapsed yesterday and today, I remembered how bad I felt when I relapsed 15 days ago. So it takes failures, to succeed. Make sense? Let’s just keep going!

    Hi. Thank you Friend. I'm proud that you staying strong. Don't give up man. Feels like garbage. It's horrible I promise. I k oë you know, but also know that is easy for some reason to forget that
