Being a obsessive 'fapper' for almost 10 years, I want to get rid of this. Every time i fap , feel very depressed about myself. I have so much of time, lost concentration. It has ruined my productivity and left my life without any goal. After lot of retrospection i found that this is my biggest enemy. So from today on wards I QUIT. I know its not going to leave me that easily. But i will fight by believing my self that I QUIT.
