I put this off too long...

But I heard an interview with Alexander on NPR about two weeks ago, and after a particularly bad (read: lost) week, I decided to turn the corner so here I am. I am pretty sure I have most the symptoms described in the introduction. I still have a wonderful marriage, family, and career, but I could be so much more productive and...human. I am pretty sure I have had the internet version of this addiction since there was an internet. The hiss of a modem used to be a trigger. Now I am in my mid sixties. Today it's too easy to feed the habit. I hope I can make a contribution. I know I need the community's help.
