I Pee When I'm Aroused Now

    I've been avoiding PMO for 37 (going on 38) days now and I've flatlined. Because of my 21 years of PMO, I've got PIED. With the flatlining, I notice the few times I get aroused, 1) It hurts a bit (maybe because I haven't doing the usual PMO my body's accustomed to) and 2) I have to pee.

    Anyone know what that's all about?

    As far as I know, no one is really sure why the bladders of those who are quitting porn behave differently. It shouldn't be taken as a good or bad sign.

    Frequent urination during reboot?

    What about shy bladder (paruresis)?

    If you think of sex much and u didn’t get to ejaculate, it will come as pee. Happened to me. I quit PMO too. I did the 100 days challenge.
