I am still a rookie on this website with little success and going through a hard time. So far my longest streak was just 9 days. This is a question that's in my mind for a while and I didn't get any logical answer. So I just wanted to get some advice. Thank you
I try and journal every day, but sometimes go a few days. Main thing is to use it to help you, whether that’s when you’re feeling the urge (to talk yourself down), or maybe to talk through feeling depressed, or just so you can look back later and remember what you were feeling in the beginning of your journey to freedom.
