    I need Jesus to talk to me in my mind about the sources that are the reasons for my bad mental health, masterbation, porn, sex, and we can apply the solutions once Jesus talks to me in my mind about the solutions to those four problems in my life.

    I don't think Jesus is just going to come into your mind and tell you what you need to do. You have to do the work to find Him and ask Him for guidance. You also need to be working as hard as you can to fight this addiction. Otherwise I'm pretty sure He won't waste time on someone who doesn't truly and genuinely want to improve themselves.
