Every time you resist urges you grow stronger. Every single time! Jump in a cold shower and when you want to get out (which will be almost straight away) stay for 10 more seconds. This helps cool your head down. Then try laying down on your back on the floor with a pillow under your head. Set a timer for 10 minutes and see how deeply you can breathe. In one fluid movement fill the belly area then up into the lower lungs and finally the upper lungs. Exhale long and gently for a comfortable amount of time and see how slow you can make these breathes. Aim to relax as deeply as possible. You can beat this urge! It will make you strong!
