I Need a technology helper for advice

    Hello,


    I must quit PMO on a regular basis. I have my computer locked down yet functional.

    I can't stop my smart phone. I want it's functionality without it's drawbacks of easy porn access.


    Is there an APP or setting where I can block other apps for specific periods? I want to have functionality, but I am weak and vulnerable in the morning and at night. I live alone and I can't give my phone to a roommate.

    I have an iPhone but it's old and I'm willing to buy a new phone. I'll switch to Android, no problem. I just need some help here. I need a techno fix. Can anyone help me?

    There is some software requires that you give your password to another person that can unlock "questionable" websites. Obviously, it doesn't work if you have the password. If there's no one that you can do that with, the only other option I know of, other than just getting a phone that is not a smart phone, is to get something like covenant eyes. https://www.covenanteyes.com/personal/ But that is completely pointless without an accountability partner to help you. So if you can't, or would rather not use the first option, this one is definitely a good alternative.
