congrats, your story sounds similar to something i would write, my anxiety attacks went away after few weeks of NoFap, it use to be bad i didnt even want to go shopping for groceries or walk to seven eleven for some snacks the panic attacks would hit an i d rush back home ,i would seek refuge in my room where it was safe , seek refuge to my pmo addiction not knowing it was the poison,im not at 365 days yet but im already enjoying the journey ,

 

Meditation has helped me so much on this streak of Nofap! I keep practicing an exercise to break unhealthy habits and form new ones, it's as if the past melts away completely and my heart melds with positivity.
