I always have felt myself in a difficult situation, because of my religious life. I didn't consider a internet community to share my problem until now. I have done a chastity vow in a religious order of the roman catholic church and i don't want people advicing me to undo it. I just want to have and give support to change my life and left porn habit back.

I nearly joined the Hare Krishnas at one time (they are actually more monotheisistic than one would think when looking from the outside). they essentially have a religous policy for Men and Women to ALL live monastic lives, and only have sex to procreate, which includes a stance against any masturbation or thoughts about sex. During that period of my personal religous contemplation, although I had a bedroom entirely to myself, I successfully abstained from MO (internet Porn was not an issue on this occaision) for over a fortnight, which was an incredible thing for me at the time. Amongst my vast record collection is a album that is a guide to Catholic meditation, a tradition that I was unaware of until I found it in a charity shop. Do you practise such meditation?
