I keep having sexual thoughts, How can I stop?

    I'm battling with a porn and masturbation addiction. I'm making progress, but my mind is messed up. It wasn't like this before watching porn, but now I think about sex and women almost every time.

    If a woman or girl walks past me, I have to stare at her body and fantasize. I can also just start thinking about stuff like that while alone.

    I'm an introvert, but I get along with people well.

    How can I stop and control my thoughts?

    I recommend telling your mind to stop, literally repeating word to this thoughts stop and you should make something that keep your mind busy and focused

    Well done on attempting to make a change. As mentioned you have to busy your mind. If you notice yourself fantasizing whilst out you need to start to immediately think of something else – think about why you are out or where you’re going, what you’re going to eat tonight, think of a song verse in your head etc. Good luck.
