I Keep Failing

    I keep trying over and over again to stop watching porn, but when I do, I get intense sexual cravings. Then I end up downloading a hook-up app (Grindr), and engage in very explicit conversations with strangers, and even sometimes hooking up. I have a boyfriend, and this is not right. Once I can't get my fix on Grindr, I browse Tumblr and look up extreme porn that I'm ashamed of. I'm very worried that I'll never stop, and my double life will continue to get worse :( I need help..

    I'm in the same spot, I am not in a relationship though, but grindr is the worst!
