    I'm 26, never had a girlfriend, and clearly am addicted to porn. I've struggled with depression and anxiety. I've lurked before, and even managed to go a couple months without porn before (and even started to notice the benefits), but think a more active approach is definitely needed. 89 days to go after this one!

    Welcome!
    Im on my second day now after a reset.
    This is one of the videos that has helped me with addictions, its worth the 6 minutes. If not you have just gotten 6 minutes further away from bad habits.
