i just lost 9 days

I started back on march, and had relapse many many times. I have no doubt that those guys you mention that have long streaks have relapse a lot. Ive seen post of relapses that happened one year in.

Relapses are learning experiences. You take notes of what made you relapse, how did it happen, why did you do it. When you know all these things, the next time you will be better prepared.

Im on day 17 now, longest Ive been since forever, but it took a lot of failure to reach this success.

And aditionally, there are changes in you, for example, back when I was on PMO i couldnt help but to watch porn every day, now I can go without it and not miss it.
