    hello to everybody! i these days i decided to start looking people in the eyes again. I used to do that before my mental-sexual problem but the i stopped, feeling to ashamed or scary. Now is time to start looking people in the eyes again!

    Nice dude! If you want to add to it you can try to say "hello" to a handful of people you pass by them throughout the day.

    Also, on youtube one Fapstronaut created the routine of going up to strangers and asking for a high-five and he had a lot of success rate.

    yup that would be nice, but i'm talking about looking in the eyes especially of people i know like my parents, my friends, my brothers :)
