    First I only look at porn when I jerk off! What’s the point, right? So I fast until I’m ready to cum in my shorts without any stimulation. Unlike alcohol that clears the system, testosterone does build up and sexual urges increase. I fast! First one week, two, three one month and now forty days. I admit when I break my fast I jerk off and I look for very sexually stimulating porn. Then I feel extreme guilt. Does anyone have a better method?

    We all have our own method and there is no better or worst of it. You have to find which one is the best for yourself with keep trying different one every time you fail.
    If this one is no good or not working than you need to change it!

    Perhaps there is some activity that you like beside playing your phone? Reading books for example. I sometimes do some activity that i love before got hooked to porn and that is very helpful to overcome loneliness. Wish you luck, and you are not alone. Don't get too hard to yourself
