    Something happened to me when I did 233 days last year.
    I just stopped caring about being social.
    The reason was because I just didn't feel bad anymore.
    I could be alone or be with people.
    I have felt fully satisfied just being at home, playing keyboard, posting on NoFap,
    cooking, doing yoga when I'm off work.
    It took some years to get like that.
