I have hurt myself with Porn addiction

Hi.
Jay here. 30 Years old, single and gay man here. I am a professional and living alone abroad working in a construction company. I have many hobbies like reading, music, movies, travelling etc but since I live in a country where boredom is everywhere when you are not at work, instead of adapting something positive, I developed a strong urge to watch porn in my free time. I masturbated 15 to 20 times a week. That much of rough friction caused my penis to get rough skin and now I have black dot like marks on the head area because of that. I am too ashamed to consult a dermatologist. I loving reading and writing but because of porn, it's been more than 4 years I am almost not reading or writing anything properly. My concentration and focus ability at work has also been badly affected. Overall, I am in a bad shape because of porn.
Now that I have realized, I have hurt myself and this bad habit is ruining my life, I have decided to get a hold on it. I have decided to bring myself to my old self who was much more productive, motivated and happy. Thankfully, I came across nofap community at Reddit and now I am here. Just finished reading the Getting started Guide and I think I am ready. Signing up for my monthly challenge I feel positive already. Thanks to the creators and developers of this community. You guys are saving lives.
