I have a good support system but keep failing

Hi! I’m 24m and I’ve been addicted to PMO for 5+ years. I used to think of it as an innocent habit, definitely started pretty young. A lot of the information I see talks about needing a good support system and a reason to quit. I feel like I do have plenty of reasons to quit, I live with my girlfriend who I love very much and I like my job and have a present family, pets, friends etc…. Despite all this I have still been trying and failing to quit for the entire duration of my relationship (4 years) I bounced around some stupid red pill type YouTubers for a while and then found healthygamer before finding this forum. I think part of my issue is I need a support system of people who actually know about my problem! Anyone who wants to start a group or has one I can join let me know!
