I hate triggered... I maybe crazy

In the end, we all have to decide for ourselves, obviously, but this would not constitute a relapse for me, personally. It was NOT smart to go back and make sure it's something triggering or not though. Social media for a lust addict is NEVER a good idea in my opinion.

 

I understand what it was, but you said you went back to make sure. There is no fault in being tempted or triggered. But after that, the decision of what to do with it becomes yours and yours alone. You chose to go back and look at it again. That, at least in my opinion, was where you went wrong.

 

Kind of sounds like Intrusive thoughts. You don;t want them, but you dwell on them and it makes things worse

 

Like I said earlier, for me it wouldn't be a relapse, just be awareto how easily we allow ourselves to get pulled back into it and get ourselves in a world of trouble.

At the end of the day, you just have to ask yourself, "Did I want sexual sobriety today enough to actively choose it over lusting and go out and work for it, or was it not as important as getting my drug of choice?
